Section 61
Repeal and Save
(1) The Special Economic Zone Development Committee (Formation) Order, 2069 is repealed.
(2) Actions taken in accordance with the Special Economic Zone Development Committee (Establishment) Order, 2069 shall be deemed to be conducted in accordance with this Act.
(3) All the movable, immovable assets and liabilities of the Special Economic Zone Development Committee formed in accordance with the Special Economic Zone Development Committee (Establishment) Order, 2069 shall be transferred to the authority under this Act.
(2) Actions taken in accordance with the Special Economic Zone Development Committee (Establishment) Order, 2069 shall be deemed to be conducted in accordance with this Act.
(3) All the movable, immovable assets and liabilities of the Special Economic Zone Development Committee formed in accordance with the Special Economic Zone Development Committee (Establishment) Order, 2069 shall be transferred to the authority under this Act.
